• We do not provide partial refunds, cancellations, or adjustments for unused services.

• Refunds will only be processed in case of duplicate payment or technical error, subject to verification. Such refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days.

• Spamming, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
