We do not provide partial refunds, cancellations, or adjustments for unused services.
Refunds will only be processed in case of duplicate payment or technical error, subject to verification. Such refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days.

Members must maintain respectful and professional communication within community groups, webinars, or events.
Spamming, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Any financial, business, or personal loss arising from the application of guidance provided.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
